Lisa has deep healthcare experience with 25 years of clinical experience, building teams, and a birds-eye view of healthcare systems. She is a trusted thought partner of clinical and non-clinical leaders and executives in large, complex health systems and related sectors.

Lisa specializes in executive coaching with a holistic and strength-based approach, examining emotional intelligence and leadership competencies in a complex, uncertain environment. She has a depth of knowledge of the current healthcare market, including operations, quality assurance, and compliance.
