Lisa Hompe, MSOD, BSN, ACC

Authentic and collaborative, Lisa Hompe brings over 25 years of healthcare experiences spanning clinical care, management, leadership, coaching, and consulting across multiple sectors, including healthcare, insurance, marketing, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and legal consulting. She has a sharp ability to help executives, leaders, and teams grow and discover their optimal paths to move the business forward.

Lisa specializes in executive coaching with a holistic and strength-based approach, examining emotional intelligence and leadership competencies in a complex, uncertain environment. She has a depth of knowledge of the current healthcare market, including operations, quality assurance, and compliance.

Lisa earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She is ICF certified and trained in health coaching from Duke Integrative Medicine. And she holds several other professional certifications and is certified to leverage a range of psychometric assessment tools.

Early in her career, Lisa was a nurse educator gaining staff training, education, and program development experience. She is an advocate for health promotion and mindfulness to anchor wellbeing and high performance.

Lisa lives outside of Philadelphia. She enjoys cooking, golf, yoga, traveling, and time with her husband, three daughters, and rescue dog Max.
